Myers experiment on the left side

“No timeline but the process is Tyler and I are going to talk every day, after every game, and see where he’s at. My job is to put every player in the best position to succeed as they can. If he’s fully comfortable with it and we feel a strong improvement, then we’ll talk about it continuing. If he gets uncomfortable with it then we make changes. You’re going to see it over the course of the year, but it’s a process.”
Coyotes to try Keller at center due to injuries
Matt Layman of Arizona Sports: The Arizona Coyotes have been slowed by injuries at center: Christian Dvorak (lower-body), Dylan Strome (upper-body, day-to-day) and Alex Galchenyuk (lower-body).
The Coyotes have been forced to do some shuffling and will be giving Clayton Keller a shot at center.
“I was drafted as a centerman and I’ve played center a lot of my life, so I think it’s good to get a few reps in there and then see how it is going forward,” said Keller, who played at Boston University before making the jump to the NHL. “I know we’ve got a couple guys banged up right now, but we’ll see. I’ll play wherever to start the season.”
Keller played wing last season in his rookie year where he finished third in Calder Trophy voting after putting up 23 goals and 42 assists.
