  • Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune: Patrick Kane has missed 4 games with an ankle injury suffered a setback today and is doubtful for Friday. Marian Hossa (lower body) and Viktor Stalberg (upper body) won’t be in the lineup on Friday either. Fernando Pisani should be in the lineup tomorrow, and Corey Crawford will be between the pipes.
  • Frank Seravalli via twitter: Chris Pronger will see an ankle specialist tomorrow. He had an x-ray and CT scan on his right ankle.
  • Andy Strickland via True Hockey: St. Louis Blues defenseman Erik Johnson suffered a lower body injury last night after his left leg got tangled up with Pavel Datsyuk. He immediately grabbed his right knee. Johnson was able to leave the ice on his own, and will be re-evaluated today. Alex Pietrangelo is questionable for today’s game as well.
  • Brian McNally via twitter: Alexander Semin is day-to-day with a lower body injury.
  • Wayne Scanlan via twitter: After 25 games as a healthy scratch, Senators defenseman Brian Lee will play in front of family and friends in Minnesota tonight.
  • Tom Gulitti via twitter: Brian Rolston hasn’t heard anything regarding his future as a New Jersey Devil.
  • Joe Haggerty via twitter: Tim Thomas will face Carey Price tonight.
  • John Buccigross via twitter: Kari Lehtonen will be in net for the Stars versus the Sharks tonight.
  • Chip Alexander via twitter: Cam Ward will be in net tonight for the Hurricanes versus the Thrashers.
  • Bruce Garrioch via twitter: Jose Theodore starting for the Wild tonight, Leclaire possibly for the Senators.
  • Tom Gulitti via twitter: Martin Brodeur will start on Friday versus the Predators. Johan Hedberg may start Saturday against Atlanta.
  • Will DePaoli via twitter: Chris Kunitz should be back in the Penguins lineup on Monday.
