Trevor van Riemsdyk will be looked at by doctors today and is out.
Petr Mrazek is listed as day-to-day.
Saku Maenalanen is out for this series.
After practice this morning they should no more about Andrei Svechnikov, Micheal Ferland and Jordan Martinook.
Matthew DeFranks: Dallas Stars coach Jim Montgomery said that defenseman Jamie Oleksiak remains day-to-day.
Brian Compton: The New York Islanders didn’t give an update on forward Cal Clutterbuck but coach Barry Trotz said that an AHL player or two could be traveling with them.
Curtis Pashelka: San Jose Sharks coach Pete DeBoer on defenseman Erik Karlsson: “Moving effortlessly now. He’s starting to look like he should. He’s not thinking about (the injury) now. There’s no hesitation.”
Player signings and soon to be signings
Mark Stepneski: The Dallas Stars have signed defenseman Emil Djuse to a one-year entry-level deal.
Igor Eronko: Forward Nikolai Prokhorkin says that he is going to be signing with the Los Angeles Kings.
– John Rosen: Prokhorkin’s KHL contract expires today and had told the Kings that he wasn’t going to sign a new KHL deal. Kings GM Rob Blake wants to strengthen the Kings down the middle and that they’ll be offering Prokhorkin a one-year entry-level deal.
Alex Nunn: The KHL contracts of New York Rangers prospects Vitaly Kravtsov, Igor Shestyorkin and Yegor Rykov expire today. Kravtsov posted a goodbye message to Traktor Chelyabinsk.
Curtis Pashelka: The San Jose Sharks signed defenseman Mario Ferraro to an entry-level contract.
Matt Wellens: Winnipeg Jets defensive prospect Dylan Samberg let the team know that he won’t be signing this offseason and that he’s returning to UMD for his junior year.
