Hunwick not able to play this season

Lovejoy retires
Sean Shapiro: Defenseman Ben Lovejoy retires from the NHL after 12 seasons. He played with the Dallas Stars, New Jersey Devils, Anaheim Ducks, and Pittsburgh Penguins.

Pierre LeBrun: The NHLPA executive board and others will be meeting next Wednesday for a CBA update discussion.
The players have until September 15th to decide whether they are going to opt-out of the CBA for 2020. The NHL has until Sunday to opt-out.
