Broberg going back to Sweden
Adam Kimelman of NHL.com: Edmonton Oilers 2019 first-round pick Philip Broberg plans on playing in Sweden next season and won’t be attending the Oilers training camp.
“It’s a great organization for developing,” Broberg said of Skelleftea. “I know I’m not good enough to make the NHL team right now, that’s why I’m going to Skelleftea, to play against men every day, to practice against them, to play in probably the third-best league in the world, to get better and come back next year and make the .”
The Oilers gave Broberg the option as to where he thought was best for his development, Hamilton of the OHL or in the SHL.
Blackhawks not just filling holes
Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times: The Chicago Blackhawks have had a lot player movement this offseason. Veterans like Brent Seabrook are on alert with all the change and the young guys coming in. He also knows there is the criticism and has the pressure of big contract.

Delia aiming to be the starter
Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times: The Chicago Blackhawks brought in Robin Lehner this offseason on a one-year deal to share the net with Corey Crawford.
The Blackhawks had signed the 25-year old Collin Delia to a three-year, one-way deal back in February. Goaltending coach Jimmy Waite said that Delia now gets another year in the AHL to develop. Delia is aiming to be the starter.
“I’m heading into camp trying to be the starting goalie,” Delia said shortly after. “Even if somebody had me penciled in at the start of this year as a ‘2,’ I wasn’t going into camp trying to be a ‘2.’ I want to be a starting goalie in this league and for this team, and I think I have the ability. It’s not a matter of how, but when.”
