Mike Heika of the Dallas Morning News: The application for Jamie Benn’s work visa wasn’t submitted until Friday, and since they don’t work on the weekends, it hasn’t been granted yet. Benn can’t be on the Stars roster until it’s granted. If the visa isn’t granted by 5 pm EST today, he won’t be able to play tonight. If Benn is able to play, he may find himself on a line with Loui Eriksson and Jaromir Jagr. Center Derek Roy is questionable with a groin issue. Jagr is expected to be back in the lineup after missing a game with a sore back. Backup goalie Cristopher Nistorp is on the IR with a groin injury.
