“Both parties have stated their case and fondness of each other,” Poile told the Tennessean. “Starting (Sunday) in the next couple of days, there’s going to be a marriage or a separation.
“Ryan has told me (a lot of) times it’s not about the money, and I feel he’s going to be compensated very well with us or anywhere else. I don’t think we’re going to be losing out on Ryan Suter’s decision based on money. That’s what he has told me and I firmly believed (that) by what I would be prepared to put forth in an offer.”
