  • Tim Campbell of the Winnipeg Free Press: Nik Antropov didn’t pass is medical with the Jets last week, but has been skating this week.

    “We’ll see how it responds,” Antropov said Wednesday. “Today it felt good. I’m optimistic for the weekend.”

  • Josh Rimer via twitter: Panthers are close to signing Alex Kovalev to a contract.
  • Bill Meltzer via twitter: Flyers Andreas Lilja told Expressen that he’s considering going back to Sweden to play for Rogle. Lilja said he’s “a good enough player to play where I want” and may not be interested in playing in the AHL this year.
