2. If you build it, they will come – 20,000 capacity with 17,500 for hockey.
3. An ownership group is (reportedly) in line – the Maloof’s are said to be owners-in-waiting.
4. East versus West – need to add two teams to the Western Conference.
5. The NHL could be the anchor tenant.

2. They don’t deserve a team – just because there are some hockey fans and you have a passionate ownership group, doesn’t mean you deserve to have a team.
3. No pro teams are there now for a reason.
4. Tough to generate a local fan base.
5. Seattle and Quebec City – both should be ahead of Vegas.
