NHL: Dallas Stars defenseman Miro Heiskanen will not play in any of their remaining regular-season games due to a lower-body injury. They are hopeful he’ll be ready for the start of the playoffs.
“We’ll see how the next three to four days go,” coach Glen Gulutzan said. “We’ve got a week here to see how he feels and see if he gets back on the ice. We’re hopeful, but we know it’s not the regular season for sure.”
GM Jim Nill said that forward Roope Hintz (lower-body) is doubtful to be able to get into a regular-season game, and his availability for Game 1 of the playoffs is “still not definite.”

Harvey Valentine: Pittsburgh Penguins forwards Noel Acciari (upper body), Anthony Mantha (lower body), and Ben Kindel (upper body), and defensemen Ryan Shea (upper body) and Connor Clifton missed yesterday’s game and are listed as day-to-day.
