** Different sites can use different criteria for determining who is still a prospect. Also, for Dobber Prospect lists they take a fantasy hockey approach – prospects whose current trajectory projects them making the most positive fantasy impact at the time that they reach the NHL.
Brayden Yager – His game is built around elite hockey sense, a dangerous shot, and a mature two-way approach that has allowed him to excel at every level. Yager’s release is among the best outside the NHL, capable of beating goaltenders from distance or in tight scoring areas. Beyond his offensive production, he has developed into a reliable defensive player who can handle difficult assignments and contribute on special teams.
Isak Rosen – Acquired from Buffalo, Rosén has continued to showcase the offensive skill that made him a first-round pick. He is an excellent skater with strong acceleration and the ability to attack defenders one-on-one. His offensive instincts, puck skills, and creativity consistently stand out, particularly in transition.
Elias Salomonsson – Salomonsson is comfortable carrying the puck through the neutral zone, joining the rush, and making quick decisions under pressure. Defensively, he has continued to improve his positioning and physical engagement, becoming a much more complete player than he was during his draft year. Scouts are particularly impressed with his ability to impact both sides of the puck without taking unnecessary risks.
Sascha Boumedienne – His skating is a major asset, allowing him to create separation, recover defensively, and drive transition play. Boumedienne has become increasingly confident with the puck and has shown flashes of top-pair offensive potential. Defensively, he continues to add strength and improve his consistency, but the overall trajectory of his development has been extremely encouraging.
Brad Lambert – Lambert’s greatest strengths are his skating and offensive creativity. Few players can match his speed through the neutral zone, and he consistently generates scoring opportunities through puck possession and dynamic playmaking. The biggest focus throughout his development has been learning to simplify his game and make more consistent decisions.
