The Calgary Flames will consider trading and extending Blake Coleman this offseason
Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic: Calgary Flames forward Blake Coleman is extension eligible this offseason, and it wouldn’t make sense for them to go through the offseason with an extension. They’ll see what the trade market is like for him. Both options are on the table for the Flames.
If the Flames were to move Coleman, they would prefer a hockey trade, since they have a lot of draft picks already.
The New York Islanders are one of several teams that will be interested in Jordan Kyrou
Stefen Rosner, David Kolb of The Elmonters: The New York Islanders need more offense if they want to start competing for the Cup. The free agent market doesn’t have much, so they’ll need to turn to the trade market.

Have already mentioned that they should revisit trade talks with the St. Louis Blues about forward Jordan Kyrou, and it sounds like they have been having some ongoing talks. He’s got five years left on his deal at $8.125 million and a full no-trade clause.
Believe that the Islanders are not alone, and that the Edmonton Oilers, Anaheim Ducks, and Seattle Kraken have also talked to the Blues recently about Kyrou.
Also believe that Kyrou might be okay now with waiving his no-trade clause for the Islanders. During the season, it didn’t seem like he was interested.
The Ottawa Senators are seeing what trade value Jordan Spence has
Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Citizen: Three league executives over the past four days have said that the Ottawa Senators are testing the trade value for defenseman Jordan Spence. He’s an RFA with arbitration rights. It doesn’t mean that they’ll trade him, but it can’t be ruled out.

He’d be looking for a raise from his $1.5 million after putting up 31 points in 73 games this past season. It may not have to do with his play, but more to do with this camp looking for a long-term deal. The Senators are also looking to get bigger and harder to play against on the blue line. That is not Spence’s game.
He’s owed a $1.7 million qualifying offer, and would likely get a good award if they went to arbitration.
