NHL Rumors III: Panthers, Canucks, Flyers, Sabres, Sharks and Islanders
  • Iain MacIntyre: Panthers GM Dale Tallon said that the Canucks were the “first team to make a serious offer” for the first overall pick. Jason Garrison was part of the deal.
  • Harvey Fialkov: The Flyers apparently offered the Schenn and Lecavalier but the Panthers wanted Simmonds.
