The Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired defenseman Ben Lovejoy from the Anaheim Ducks for Simon Despres.
The 31-year old Lovejoy was undrafted and carries a $1.1 million salary cap hit.
The 23-year old Despres was drafted 30th overall in the 2009 draft by the Penguins. He carries a $900,000 cap hit
