NHL Player signings from yesterday
Kevin Kurz: The San Jose Sharks have re-signed forward Kevin Labanc to a one-year deal worth $1 million.

“It was, I think, just the best decision I think for myself and for the team,” said the 23-year-old forward, who was a restricted free agent. “I’m just looking forward to the enhanced role and the upcoming season, and I believe my best hockey is ahead of me.
“I definitely see myself taking a bigger role. There’s a lot of opportunity up there, and I think last year was a stepping stone for me to kind of prove myself that I can handle that top-six role. I’m looking forward to next season and I’m looking forward to be one of the top players on the team.”
Cap Friendly: The Dallas Stars have re-signed Gavin Bayreuther to a one-year, two-way contract. He’ll get $700,000 in the NHL and $170,000 in the minors with $190,000 guaranteed.
Ryan S. Clark: Ryan Graves and the Colorado Avalanche avoided salary arbitration by agreeing to a one-year, two-way deal. He’ll get $735,000 in the NHL and $350,000 in the minors.
The Avalanche have about $23 million to re-sign Andre Burakovsky, J.T. Compher, Vladislav Kamenev and Mikko Rantanen.
Aljosa Pilko (agent): Sven Andrighetto has signed a two deal to play in the KHL.
- Igor Eronko: Andrighetto’s deal with be with either Avangard or Dynamo Moscow.
Carolina Hurricanes: The Hurricanes have signed Alex Lintuniemi to a one-year, two-way contract.
Jim Thomas: The St. Louis Blues and Zach Sanford have avoided arbitration and agreed to a two-year deal at $1.5 million per season.
Murray Pam: The Vancouver Canucks have signed Francis Perron to a one-year, two-way deal.
Chicago Blackhawks: The Blackhawks have signed 2019 first-round pick Kirby Dach to a three-year entry-level deal with an AAV of $925,000.
