On the Colorado Avalanche …

  • Colorado Avalanche: Nathan MacKinnon suffered a knee injury last night and will be evaluated today.
  • Elliotte Friedman: Eric Gelinas suffered an elbow injury and is out indefinitely.
  • Roger Millions: Hearing that Matt Duchene is out seven to 10 days with a left knee injury.

On the Dallas Stars …

  • Mike Heika: Tyler Seguin is out three to four weeks with a cut Achilles.

On the Montreal Canadiens …

  • Amanda Stein: P.K. Subban is out this weekend.
  • Stu Cowan: Mark Barberio is out indefinitely with concussion symptoms.

On the St. Louis Blues …

  • St. Louis Blues: The Blues will activate Brian Elliott from the IR and he’ll start tonight.

On the Arizona Coyotes …

  • Sarah McLellan: Oliver Ekman-Larsson is doubtful for tonight according to coach Dave Tippett.

On the Vancouver Canucks …

  • Iain MacIntyre: Radim Vrbata’s knee was heavily wrapped after the game and he was limping badly.

On the Columbus Blues Jackets …

  • Aaron Portzline: Fedor Tyutin is still not feeling well and is very questionable for tonight.

On the Washington Capitals …

  • Isabelle Khurshudyan: John Carlson is close to returning to the Capitals lineup.

On the Wininpeg Jets …

  • Ken Wiebe: Joel Armia could return from a lower-body injury in a week. Mark Stuart (hand) needs another week.

On the Calgary Flames …

  • Joe Pack of Sportsnet: Dennis Wideman left Wednesday’s game and will miss the rest of the season with a tricep injury.

On the Carolina Hurricanes …

  • Michael Smith: Ryan Murphy has an upper-body injury.

On the Toronto Maple Leafs …

  • Lance Hornby of the Toronto Sun: Tyler Bozak has been out with a concussion and is getting close to returning. He won’t play tonight. Monday is a possibility, but coach Mike Babcock will be cautious.

On the New Jersey Devils …

  • Tom Gulitti of the Record: Patrik Elias (knee) watched another practice yesterday and is unsure if he’ll be able to get into another game this season. Elias had surgery back on January 12th. Mike Cammalleri has been out since January 26th with a right hand/wrist injury. Time is running on out on both if they’ll be able to play again this season.

“Neither guy is close to being able to practice,” Devils coach John Hynes said. “They’re still going through their skating. They’re doing their off-ice workouts. Michael hasn’t progressed enough to really make significant strides and the same thing with Patrik. I think they’re both touch and go with what they can do right now.”

Cammalleri is still not able to hold on to a stick.
