Matt Layman: Arizona Coyotes forward Christian Dvorak returned the lineup last night.

Kylington out tonight

Wes Gilbertson: Calgary Flames defenseman Oliver Kylington will miss their next two games due to a minor injury. He missed last night and will be out tonight.

Successful surgery for Zuccarello … Benn to return

Matthew DeFranks: Dallas Stars Mats Zuccarello had successful surgery yesterday.

Jamie Benn is expected to play tomorrow night.

Mike Heika: Andrew Cogliano is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Hip flexor for Vanek

Ansar Khan: Detroit Red Wings Thomas Vanek is out with a hip flexor.

Klefbom okay

John Shannon: Edmonton Oilers source said that defenseman Oscar Klefbom is okay after taking a bad slash against the Predators.

Reimer leaves early

Craig Morgan: Florida Panthers goaltender James Reimer left last night’s game early. Hard to say how he was hurt, took a little contact but it didn’t appear to be anything major.

Ladd and Hickey activated

Andrew Gross: The New York Islanders activated Andrew Ladd and Thomas Hickey off the LTIR and both returned last night.

Rust and Ruhwedel injured

Pittsburgh Penguins: Coach Mike Sullivan on the injuries to Brian Rust and Chad Ruhwedel: “They are going to be evaluated tomorrow when we go back. Obviously Rusty is out with a lower-body injury. Chad Ruhwedel is out with an upper-body injury.”

Matt Vensel: Ruhwedel has a right arm in a sling.

Karlsson injured again

Kevin Kurz: San Jose Sharks coach Pete DeBoer when asked if any regret of letting Karlsson play last night: “Well sure, any time somebody gets hurt there’s regret, but I really don’t know — same injury? Different injury? I have no idea what we’re dealing with yet. I can’t even make that call.”
