Dhaliwal: “The Blues? No. Someone told me St. Louis is sniffing around Pettersson. I’m looking into it to see if it’s true.
The way it’s been told to me is, if the Canucks think they have a deal for Pettersson that makes sense for them, I am sure they will then take that deal to Pettersson’s agents, JP Barry and Pat Brisson, to see if Patterson will waive.
Taylor: “I don’t mean that as a criticism of you. I’m just like, like, like, what are the chances? $11.6 million, six years left. How at, underachieving, how do they …”
Dhaliwal: “I’ll tell you what.”
Taylor: “How do they unload him, I mean, honestly?”
Dhaliwal: “I’ll tell you what. Teams are desperate at the center ice position. Teams think they can turn this guy, Pettersson, into an 80-point guy. Point per game is all he’s got to do for some teams, and they’ll be happy.
