- Luke DeCock via twitter: Hurricanes Cam Ward left last night’s game with what could be an ankle or groin injury. He didn’t look good leaving the ice. Chip Alexander via twitter: Coach Kirk Muller didn’t know the severity of Ward’s injury and added “Hopefully he gets back soon.” He’ll be evaluated further today.
