Anaheim Ducks: Ducks defenseman Sheldon Souray tore a ligament in his right wrist on July 17th. He had surgery on July 25th and will be out four-six months from the surgery date. James Mirtle: It was Souray’s first surgery on his right wrist. He’s had five surgeries on his left wrist. Eric Stephens: Souray and his $3,666,667 salary cap hit will go on the LTIR. He was hurt throwing a 40 pound medicine ball during a workout. He immediately heard and felt a pop in his wrist.
