Injury Notes: Robidas, Pyatt, Giordano, Kopecky, Franson, Tanguay, Vokoun and Kaleta
  • Dallas Stars: The Stars put defenseman Stephane Robidas on the IR and will be out four to six months with a fractured leg. Jamie Oleksiak has been recalled.
  • Damian Cristodero: Lightning coach Cooper said that Tom Pyatt (collarbone) will be out another two weeks. Pyatt had been hoping to play on Tuesday.
  • Aaron Vickers: Flames defenseman Mark Giordano skated with the team again. Not ready just yet.
  • Harvey Fialkov: Source saying that Panthers Tomas Kopecky has a torn ligament in his elbow, but will try to play through it.
  • James Mirtle: Maple Leafs Cody Franson is out with a lower-body injury.
  • Adrian Dater: Avs Alex Tanguay skated yesterday and Patrick Roy said he could be back in a week or two.
  • Harvey Fialkov: Penguins Tomas Vokoun said he’s recovering slowly from major blood clot surgery and will meet with a hematologist in a month.
  • Mike Harrington: Patrick Kaleta (playing in AHL) tore his right ACL and is out for the remainder of the year.
