  • Joe Haggerty of CSNNE: Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid left yesterday’s game in the second period.

“I don’t like saying it tonight because he needs to be looked at by our doctors,” said Claude Julien. “He obviously wasn’t good enough to finish the game. We’ll evaluate him, and at least give a precise diagnosis on him.”

  • Philadelphia Flyers: Flyers defenseman Marc-Andre Bourdon has been out since Dec. 1st, 2012 with a concussion. A statement from GM Paul Holmgren.

“Marc-Andre has continued his rehab the past couple of months and has improved to the point where we anticipate him being loaned to the Phantoms this week and getting  back on the road to playing professional hockey games.”
