Lance Lysowski: The Buffalo Sabres have signed RFA Remi Elie to a one-year, two-way contract worth $700,000.

Elise Butler of NHL.com: The St. Louis Blues have signed forward Nikita Alexandrov to a three-year, two-way contract. He was their 2nd round pick in this year’s draft.

Jesse Granger: The Vegas Golden Knights have signed Marcus Kallionkieli to a three-year entry-level deal.

Elliotte Friedman: The Calgary Flames have put defenseman Michael Stone on waivers for the purpose of a buyout.

New York Rangers: Kevin Shattenkirk has been officially bought out by the Rangers.

“Today’s decision was a very difficult one,” Rangers President John Davidson said. “Kevin is a great person and teammate and he was extremely proud to be a New York Ranger. We wish him and his family all the best going forward.”
