Theo Fleury will make his pre-season debut for the Calgary Flames
tonight. The 41 year old Fleury has been sober for 4 years, and will not
face any sanctions by the NHL for his past substance abuse issues.
I am interested in how he’ll make out as I’ve been a huge fan of him
since he broke in to the NHL many years ago. Through 11 season with the
Flames, and 4 more years with the Avalanche, Blackhawks, and Rangers,
Fleury recorded 455 goals, 633 assists for 1088 points and 1840 PIMs.
